Spreading my wings

The cranes are flying north! I have a new stockist in Brisbane. A fab shop which I've heard so much good stuff about - Nook.

They will be selling my Tasmanian myrtle
origami crane brooches (plain and in Japanese paper) and also the earrings.

Today I was sent some photos from Natalie at Nest (in Penguin) of the display of my products. I think they look lovely!

Salamanca Market!

Tomorrow I'm going to have a stall at Salamanca Market. Terribly exciting. It's probably Australia's most famous market. I'm hoping the weather will be good to me - forcast is for fine weather but hey, this is Tassie; one never knows!

It's going to be a looong day. I'll be down there at 7am setting up with my bro who'll be helping me (bless).

I put in a group application to be in the casual stallholders pool with Narelle from Ruby Victoria Letterpress and Printmaking and also Kate from What Katie Did Next so we're taking it in turns and having about one stall each per month.

I'll also be previewing my new origami crane range which I'll blog more about once it's all listed on Etsy.

(I know it's been forever since I last blogged - it's been a bit hectic here with sickness, hubby working loooong hours and trying to get more stock made)
